Where are you located?
Dr. Tessier maintains her permanent office in Waterbury, Vermont. However Dr. Tessier also offers intermittent in-office appointments in New York city.
Do you take insurance?
We are not contracted with any insurance companies. Payment for your visit is due at the time of service. We can provide you with a "superbill" which you can submit to your insurance company for personal reimbursement. The "superbill" will include payments rendered as well as appropriate visit coding. Please contact the office and request a patient informational packet for visit fees.
What conditions does Dr. Tessier treat?
Dr. Tessier specializes in illness stemming from mold exposure. However, mold illness is not always straightforward and can be complicated by various other health problems. In order to be able to recover from mold exposure, the immune system must be properly functioning. Therefore it is not uncommon for Dr. Tessier to also treat Lyme Disease (acute and chronic), tick co-infections (Bartonella, Babesia, Anaplasma, Ehrlichia, Powassan, Mycoplasma, Rickettsia and others), Epstein Barr Virus (EBV), Cytomegalovirus (CMV), Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), histamine intolerance/overload, Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS), Sick Building Syndrome (SBS), Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), pyrrole disorders, nutrient deficiencies, food allergies & intolerances, adrenal fatigue, leaky gut, heavy metal and pesticide toxicities, autoimmune diseases and many more. . How long does it take to get an appointment with Dr. Tessier?

How do I know if Life after Mold is a good fit for me?
As we want you to be confident in your choice to establish care with us, an introductory "On-Ramp Session" is offered at a reduced rate. The "On-Ramp Session" allots for 30 minutes of discussion regarding case specific questions, concerns, and review of testing necessary to initiate treatment. Does Dr. Tessier offer phone consults?
Yes, Dr. Tessier does offer phone consults. Please call the office to find out which phone consulting service is best for you.
Can you order any labs prior to my appointment?
No. It is required that labs be drawn in office during a visit with Dr. Tessier, or following a visit. Labs require a diagnosis code which can only be determined by establishing care. It is advised that prospective clients set up an "On-Ramp Session" with Dr. Tessier in order to discuss their individual circumstances.
