Ok fellow foodies, and my POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardic Syndrome) friends. What do you have in common? No, a joke about pots and pan's isn't what I'm attempting here...maybe.

Seriously. Salt is so important in the kitchen of course, but it's also wildly important for people with fluid balance issues- like what we see in POTS.
